Change Academy in Edinburgh

Change Academy, running from the 6th to the 9th of September in Edinburgh, is an exciting and powerful approach to helping institutional teams develop the knowledge, capacity and enthusiasm for achieving complex institutional change. It is based on the belief that the large scale, complex changes that institutions make can only be accomplished through people working together purposefully and creatively in teams. It therefore provides opportunities for team-based learning and professional development that are focused on the strategic interests and needs of participating institutions.

Full details, selection criteria and proposal proformas can be found on the Change Academy web pages www.heacademy.ac.uk/changeacademy.
